1. Eligibility for Refunds

Poor Quality Service: If the order isn’t up to standards when it comes to quality (for example, low quality domains, poor diversity of anchor texts, unnatural link profiles), then partial or total refund may apply.

Project Cancellation: The project shall be canceled at the discretion of GetJuicy Backlinks if not possible due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control such as non-cooperation from clients or updates on the Google algorithm. There will be a pro rata refund based on work completed.

Non-delivery: If the said number of backlinks was not delivered within the timeline, partial or full refunds shall be considered on an individual case basis.

Fraudulent Activity: If the fraud activity has been identified on the client’s side for instance when an individual provides false information, and it is used to conduct illegal activities then, no refunds are going to be provided.

2. Exclusions for Refund

Change of Heart: If an individual has a change of heart, wanting out due to either budgeting constraints or found cheaper services.

Google Algorithm Updates: GetJuicy Backlinks is not responsible for any negative impacts on your website’s rankings due to Google algorithm updates, which are beyond our control.

Client-Side Issues: Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from client-side factors, such as website technical problems, incorrect website settings, or inappropriate content.

Lack of Results: GetJuicy Backlinks cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases.

3. Refund Process

Refund Request Submission: A refund request can be submitted to us via email at hello {@} getjuicybacklinks.com within 30 days of the completion date of the service or the last agreed-upon delivery date.

Supporting Documents: Supporting documents such as screenshots, reports, or communication logs would be needed in support of the refund request.

Review and Processing: Our staff will review your application and supporting documents. The time taken to process refund applications may differ.

Refund Channel: Refunds will be made to the original payment channel that was used to make the purchase.

4. Google Play Refund Policy
